This modern, 14-story building boasts 142 rooms—including doubles, junior suites, and singles—designed to cater to a variety of travelers, from business and leisure to medical stays and restful breaks.

The hotel operates with a demanding, multi-segment approach, catering to corporate clients during the week, weekend leisure travelers drawn to Barcelona, ​​and extended stays. In addition, it features two terraces open during the summer months and the El Badiu Restaurant, offering daily à la carte dining.

In 2025, the Hotel Badalona Tower managed 39,235 room nights and accommodated 64,314 guests annually, with an average annual occupancy rate of approximately 75.70%. The Challenge

The Badalona Tower Hotel operates three food and beverage outlets: the El Badiu Restaurant and two terraces open during peak season.

With POS terminals that didn’t communicate with the PMS, each guest charge required manual entry, receipts were lost between shifts, and daily closing procedures were complicated—especially in summer with both terraces operating at full capacity.

Without a centralized warehouse module, El Badiu purchased from suppliers without clear traceability of cost breakdowns or actual stock levels, and costs were only visible at the end of the month.

The finance director saw the expenses too late to react, and negotiations with suppliers were based on intuition, not data.
